Place is empty, no one in line, with 5 staff sitting around. They don’t offer services here without more than a week notice. Don’t recommend this place at all. Terrible service and it’s obvious they DONT want to treat the public but DO want to collect the public funds for their lavish salaries.

My experience here was AMAZING. I was calling around everywhere from Tacoma trying to find a place to get my nexplanon removed soon, but everywhere was booked out for at least a month. When I called here, they got me in the next day. The staff was all SO friendly, one of the friendliest places I’ve been. Karen at the front desk was wonderful, and so were the 2 nurses who took care of me! Would highly recommend, I felt very comfortable there as well!

I had nothing but an outstandingly human and professional health care experience here. Since the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist had a great attitude that made me feel safe and invited to this place. These feelings only became stronger as I came for my appointment, for my health care providers not only were professional and well prepared , but also, some of the kindest and most compassionate and approachable health care providers that I’ve ever encounter. It was easy to tell that they didn’t see me as a transaction but as a human being. I feel grateful to have right here in our community such a safe space with remarkable professionals as it is Kent Public Health Center. Thank you hugely all, particularly to Jacquelyn 💗

i’ve been going here for three years and have had no issues, however the new health care provider is really rude and made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome just because i didn’t have time to pee in a cup. the health care provider i saw before was very nice, but when i told the woman that i didn’t have time because i had work, she handed me my bag of birth control and simply walked away.

I've been to a few different public health centers and this one is by far the nicest. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming and the facility is clean, pretty and quiet. There's a very comfortable nursing room where a mom can go and quietly and comfortably breastfeed their baby. In the middle of my pregnancy we moved to Puyallup and I continued to have my WIC appointments here because I like the staff so much. Highly recommended
